Often times Samantha may use a blended approach, utilizing techniques from several different types of psychotherapy. Other times, a single focused type of psychotherapy may be the best treatment approach. The kind of psychotherapy a person receives depends on his or her own needs.

Therapy is a process designed to produce lasting change in your life. Through weekly or bi-weekly sessions, therapy can help you gain a greater understanding of yourself and the world you live in, build the skills needed to navigate through adversity and live your life with courage and confidence.
